Fairfield County Chorale 2023-24 Season to Feature Premiere by Fein
The Fairfield County Chorale has announced its 2023-24 season:
Performance Date: Dec. 10, 2023: The season opens in December with a performance of Bach’s “Christmas Oratorio.”
Performance Date: March 9, 2024: Next up is Palmieri’s “Missa a Buenos Aires” also known as “MisaTango” with mezzo-soprano Malena Dayen as the soloist. The concert will also include music by Ola Giejlo and Evan Fein.
Performance Date: May 19, 2024: Closing out the season will be Brahms’ “German Requiem” and Florence Price’s “Abraham Lincoln Walks at Midnight.”
All performances will be conducted by music director David Rosenmeyer and will take place at the Norwalk Concert Hall in Norwalk, Connecticut.
